Shipping & Returns

Your 100% satisfaction is our goal at Unique Treat Boutique. Due to their custom nature, our personalized candy wrappers are nonrefundable with the exception of an order that was incorrectly made. If you feel like the item you received does not match your order, please contact us to make arrangements for a replacement at no additional charge.

Once your order has been put into the status of "In Production" we cannot cancel it.

We will send a proof of your custom candy wrapper order within 24 hours of receiving it (We do not provide proofs for Designer Series designs on our web site. All web images are representative of the finished products). Generally, this takes less time, but never more. As soon as you approve the proof or make changes, you can expect it to begin the production process.

Production time can range from 2-5 business days. If you have any specific questions as to when your order will ship, please feel free to contact us.

Proofs that have not been approved after 72 hours (with 2 email notices and a phone call to the customer) will be printed AS IS with no refunds. We try VERY hard to make contact with you after your order is placed, but if you don't check your email for the proof and you don't answer your phone, there's only so much we can do.

All orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail, and if you need something faster (ex: overnight or 2 day) please contact us. The "Designer Series" is sent via UPS.

In the warmer months, if you order chocolate, please try to send it to a location where it won't be left sitting outside. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for melted chocolate.

At this time we do not ship outside the USA.

Shipping rates are a flat rate of $6.98 unless you order expedited shipping. Sample orders are only .50 for shipping.
